I wish these came in a 4gb stick.

I have found with my P8P67 basic, this only happened if my overclock was too ambitious. At stock speeds, moderate overclock, or a well tuned high overclock it does not do this. I think it's a sign that your not quite right with your voltages for whatever speed your trying to boot.

That's just my experience, others may have had different experiences.
Now that I have my OC worked out and 100% stable @ 4.9, it has not done it any more.
I'll be sending this out stock, or maybe a modest overclock of 4ghz.

You should be able to get that with no voltage bump, I can get 4.2 stable on stock voltage and sorry, didnt click the link, good call with the 212+ then haha. Should keep it pretty cool as well.

Therefore if you do go with an Asus board you will be fine. Now that I have gotten used to it, I really like the new EFI bios. Haven't had a chance to play with any other manufacturers P67 boards yet, but I have been pretty impressed with my P8P67.

I'm stuck on the memory. I can't find a ECO kit I like. They're all 2gb kits and i'd like to at least put in 6. I'm not going to do any wild overclocking, so maybe the 1.35v isn't necessary. Any recommendations on a decent 1.5 kit?

Update: For the moment i'll stick with the 8t 1.35v 2x2gb kit.
