Help me choose a laptop between 2 that I like!

Guys, I have narrowed it down to 2 laptops of the same price range, here they are:

Dell Inspiron N5010 vs. Acer AS5742G-484G75MNR

The thing that bothers me is the videocards. The Acer sports the Nvidia 540M and the Dell - Ati 5650. I checked the GPU-Z specs in Google, I am attaching them for you to see.

So I have NO IDEA which card would fare better for Starcraft 2 playing in Medium settings....Some say the Nvidia is weaker, others say the opposite.

Another thing - the processor on the Acer is slightly better, but the RAM on the Dell is 1333mhz (Acer has 1066mhz).

Basically its like this:
Acer Dell
better CPU -
- better RAM
video? video?

So what do you guys think? I will be playing Starcraft 2 on medium, but which videocard is better??

The acer is way better get that.. Its better for many reasons

Better cpu on the acer
bigger hard drive. > not by much by hey.. its bigger
& better Gpu. I have several ati gpu's & let me tell you am going back to nvidia due to the fact ati drivers suck! hardcore.. I just cant do it anymore. very unstable drivers.

GO WITH THE ACER!...

You have quite possibly the worst combination for a Crossfire pair though AMD drivers have problems scaling, but single cards don't have issues so long as the driver works well with it.

I'd get the NVIDIA one though mainly for the fact that your getting much more. CUDA, many games are more optimized, etc.

Dude stay away from the acers unless you like rebranded E-machines. just worked on 2 of them and seriously sad system. dont know why but 1 of them has had nothing but harddrive problems and the other one got so hot it kept shutting down. plus had to replace opticals in both of them for read errors. Dell or Asus much better.
