if you haven't increased the multiplier, I'd increase it to the highest possible. That'll allow you to use less FSB to achieve the same frequency and help alot with your fail RAM

I've been reading up and ppl say clear cmos I tryed that it still the same. I also don't have the best ram right now. lol

EDIT: As for the ram I have have it at the lowest I could go in the bios, the next one is auto.
Probably FSB wall with that chip

ok I tried a couple of things

first- left everything the same but 12 and not 11.5 got the same "DET DRAM"

second- left it at 12 and up the ram to 1.9 volts posted after the windows screen I got the blue screen

You know these 200FSB CPUs usually have pretty low FSB walls? When you hit that wall there is nothing more you can do to overclock further.

I would like to hit 4Ghz, I'll keep on trying to get closer and closer to that 4Ghz. I'll post it here if I ever get it.

At that point it takes much more voltage to reach the beauty of 4GHz; it's not a linear curve. I got mine to 4.0 but the voltage was too high for my liking; around 1.48. I don't run 45nm chips above 1.45 volts. Also lowering the temp of the CPU helps quite a bit. Maybe add one more fan to the cooler somehow.
