That looks fixable with a small enough soldering iron.
Tip: use a plain steel paperclip and bend it round the tip of the iron carefully, this will sometimes work to help you solder those tiny connectors. Though depending on the wattage of the iron YMMV.
As for the power jack, it's probably the contacts inside the plug have fatigued, try replacing it, if it doesn't help something else is at fault.
