Bad Company 2 online player - Card to replace HD4850X2??I need your personal opinion.

I can't really find one that justify the price.

I mean,my card is awesome,i play Bad Company 2 Online all high at 70-120FPS.

But if i turn on the filters,it goes down.It's a RV700 problem.

I need your advice, not to have the latest techie thing and a bigger gun,but a card that will satisfy me more than the current, and of course, has more power. 350$MAX.

I would like as well answers from owners and players of BC2

Let's go guys.

GTX 570 or HD6950 and unlock it to HD6970.

Cheaper option is to get a used 5850/5870 or 6870. Perform about the same with the 5800 series being a bit faster due to more OC headroom

470, 480 570 and 580 will all serve your needs. Used 480's are around $300. Used 470's 200ish.

A 5870 can max anything, and you can find them used for around ~200.
But that might be a downgrade considering all you get with it is dx11.

If your looking for a new card, with your budget (and MIR's) you could get a 6970, but if your resolution is only 1920x1080, I would recommend a 6870 or a 6950.

You can get a new GTX470 for $220 after MIR ($250 before MIR). I would also look into a GTX570 but they are right at the $350 level.

At that resolution I would stick with a used 5870, a 6870, or a 6950.

All will max any games you throw at it, though the 2GB's of memory on the 6950 will help if you play memory hungry games like GTA4.

TL;DR: 6870, 6950, used 5870.
