But no, I would not recommend going any higher... You're kind of pushing it a bit already.
that is what i thought and yes suicide runs are just pushing your cpu and mobo to the max and then just keep going until something quits or dies

for fun i set every thing to stock to see how cold it would get and my sensors wont read below 0C?? what's up with that?? and my GPU below 20C

1.55 should be something you stay behind due to air cooling
But there are even more limits you should be paying attention to, such as the power supply on that particular board, on which I recommend never to pass 1.5V and this is with a 95W TDP processor (like yours); with 125W processors I don't even recommend overclocking.

I like how you don't recommend overclocking 125 watt processors, and yet your 1055t is at 4 GHz.

he probably means on my mobo because it is a low end cheap board

On most 4+1 power phases, haha
The 790XT-UD4P is a fully-fledged 8+2 with a really decent heatsink on it. I'm particularly safe.

Ah, that is what I had assumed, though I wasn't entirely certain.

I doubt my mobo could even handle a downclocked 6 core.

Concorde105: I slightly doubt your mobo could handle your unlock.
x3 440 TDP = 95W, + 1 core & L3 = 125W
For the very least you're playing it safe with low voltage and the stock cooler so I think you'll pass for now.

The L3 cache is not enabled. Surprisingly enough, the system uses less power at idle than it did with my old Sempron 140.

And at full CPU load, the whole machine consumes ~120-130 watts from the wall, so I think I'm safe.

~70 watts at idle.
