u really need 16gb ram?

8 is overkill already.

and change psu, i have never heard of them. but will check some out incase.

EDIT: few ppl on other forums raging, saying "AVOID THAT PSU" so avoid

EDIT 2h and the water cooling kit will not be able to cool all ur parts. add another 360 in that.

If you have a low budget, wouldn't a pair of GTX 570's suffice?

PSU seems crappy.

Too much RAM. 16 gigs will cause OCing to be more difficult. Stick with 8GB at the most tbh.

Why RAIDing the 1TB drives? Just get a single 2TB. You don't really need to RAID them.
4-year build.

I have taken everything into consideration. Still gonna stay with the 580's, but everything else is pretty flexible.

Nice cheap dual channel 8GB kit with Cas 8/9 @1600

2x570s ($320 Galaxy on Newegg)

2500k(You don't need HT)

Gigabyte UD4

Antec True Power New 750w

SSD Corsair Force Series

HDD Caviar Blacks

This build could be complete for ~$1500 maybe a little bit less.

1-2 done. I guess I'll avoid another WD Green (already have one) and get a Black, no RAID.

If you have valuable files on the hard drives like music or movies you paid for you might want to consider RAID1

I have a few suggestions but the question I have is when do you plan on getting this?? You're 13 and you're looking at a build close to $2k. I understand you are going to be building/buying as you go those 580s are $499.99 each plus $100 for each block. Also I'm assuming you would have to buy the CPU, RAM, and motherboard all at once. You could use your 9600GT until you get the money for the 580s but I feel by then this build will be VERY different with Bulldozer and Ivy Bridge coming out.

Back to the main topic, here are a few suggestions:
Power Supply
Sparkle Gold Class 1250 You don't want to cheap out on a power supply.

RAM
What are you going to be doing that is going to need that much memory?? You don't need more then 4gb but the way RAM is dropping in price so much you can get a 2x4gb set for very cheap.

Hard Drive
My recomendation is to get a pair of Samsung F3 1tb and do RAID 0 with them. They are faster and much cheaper then the Western Digital Caviar Blacks. They are actually the same price as the Caviar Greens but perform so much better.

Cooling
You are going to need more radiator to water cool all of that. The fans that come with the XSPC kit are pretty low speed too so you're definitely going to need higher static pressure fans and find a place to fit more radiators in that case.
