Sensors wont read below 0C?

Why wont my sensors read below 0C?? i wanna know how cold my chip is.

as there is no point the sensors stops at 0C you have to put a probe on the cpu to get an average temps if you use dice/ln2/peltier . the motherboard sensor will not give you temps below a certain point . sometime it will give minus-ish degrees but it will not say exemple you are -40C .

also you use a probe in sub zero OC to avoid cold related crash in competition etc.

my mobo has a setting that you change its called sub 0c or something like that, if i enable it the temps will show.. lowest ive goten on my loop is -6*c but that was with the rad by the window when it was like -20*c outside

yea that is what i am doin, got my air set up sucking in -20C air from outside. i was just curious on what the temp actually was, where in the BIOS is that setting?? i might be able to look around and find it.
