what would be the main advantages over the board posted? they both use p67 and from my understanding most p67 boards overclock similar? also would the ram ive listed be compatible with the i5 2500k etc the ud4 is approx £70 more expensive a lot of that you will be paying for 2 pcie slots, i dont really need 2 though.....

Go with the Asrock if its cheaper, your not going to see any difference.

Of course make sure it allows multiplier OCing, which I am sure it does...

it says Supports Intel® K-Series unlocked CPU

im guessing that means it can change multi?

is that ram ok?
