Intel i5 2500k
Biostar TP67XE
CORSAIR Professional Series AX750 750W
CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
ASUS Xonar DS 7.1 Channels PCI Interface Audio Card
OCZ Vertex 2 OCZSSD2-2VTXE60G 2.5" 60GB SATA II

Going to use some other HD for storage

I am going to use my existing video card. 4800 GT, possibly in SLI, I have 2, but not sure if its worth it or will fit.

-Will I need a after market cpu cooler to keep this cool? Would like to overclock to 4.0-4.5 if possible.

-Will the 750W psu be overkill if I am not using SLI, and whats some other quality options?

-Will I notice much difference between 1600 and 2133 DDR3? The corsair psu and ram are a combo deal, otherwise I would have went with g.skill. Really want a quality power supply. Due to money limitations, I can either go with what I have, or get better ram and a crappier psu.

Thoughts?

Absolutely, yes.

It's a little overkill, yeah. But to be honest, it's probably a good idea to get a 750W and keep your options open.

You definitely will not notice a difference.

The SB chips are only so good, you will need at least a good air cooler. And 750 watt is not overkill. Also, Unless you're gaming, and maybe even if you are, you won't tell a difference above 1333.

You will NOT notice significant difference while playing games. Plus you could overclock 1600!

Get the cheapest ram you can.
Look at getting maybe a Coolermaster Hyper 212+ Cpu Fan, or a Noctua NH-U12P.
Maybe look at a 650W PSU, that should be more than enough.
