I don't plan to overclock the Pentium D it's going to be my linux buddy. So I think I will get the Hyper TX3.
About the mobo, it's pretty normal. in BIOS I used to get up to 50c on idle using the stock cooler and then on windows it'd go down to ~40c.

Since you dont OC, The Hyper TX3 will be a great choice.

Would the Bios be the true temp to go buy?

the Idle temp doesn't really matter. If you really wanna monitor idle temps, turn on your computer, log into windows, open Coretemp or a similar monitoring software, let your computer run @ idle for a while and check temps. But honestly, load temps is what matters.

I will do that when I get back to my house. I got a little worried there with the Bios temp reading all weird like.
