That's actully a 6970, you can tell by the rear display outputs. There is also a GTX 580 like this, there is no tripple-slot GTX 560, they'll probably use the same cooler like the current GTX 460s by ASUS. Incorrect info they are posting

The admin of Chiphell have a lot of connection with Chinese and Taiwanese computer parts manufactures, and he get to play with a lot of upcoming products before others do. The information is usually pretty reliable when it's coming from him, but I believe this particular news is from another source, and they just posted it there.

Also, the card is being listed on a Canadian website called Anitec.ca. It's listed as "Asus Video Card GTX560 TI DCII 2DI 1GD5 1G DDR5 128Bit PCIE DVI miniHDMI RTL"

Anitec.ca did not provide a picture of the card at this time so it's reasonable to assume that they used that picture for reference just to show on the Direct CU II Triple slot cooler looks like.

They are showing the new triple slot cooler that Asus is going to use on that particular card listed on Anitec.ca (DCII cooler). Does it need it? Probably not.

Also, the picture is originally posted on ZOL.com.cn , another Chinese computer site. Somebody simply posted it on Chiphell like how we post news here.
