Best NAS Adapter?

Thread Starter
I basically want something that's under 100$ to make my 2tb drive a NAS. I mainly want to do this so I can access all of my shows via XBMC on my 2 HTPCs. I have 1Gb ethernet on everything so I want the fastest possible speed.

I am looking at the dockstar, pogoplug, and addonics nas 2.0.

I was also looking at the iconnect. What is the best option for me?

Ideally I'd like to be able to use SABnzbd+ to download and extract files and SickBEARD to transfer the files to my HD through the network.

In case anyone wants to know, the dockstar or pogoplug are the best options. Plugapps.com has tons of info on modding these boxes to do pretty much anything including transmisson for torrents. I will probably just stick to samba sharing. Maybe DLNA
