Advice/tutorials for repairing PSU molex pins

I just got my molex crimping tool from performance-pcs.com, and I wanted to see if there were any tips or tutorials about crimping the new molex pins on before I start. Got some repairs to do from my first ever sleeving job, which you can imagine what the "first ever sleeving job" was like

the animation at the top right pretty much shows how to align the wire to the pin.
