Update. Got a BSOD while trying to prime95 at 4.7 Ghz ):

I noticed my temps are too high at 50% Load, maxed at like 83C =[

Corsair H50 sucks?

LOL. It's not the best, but it's ok. The H70 is better. Nothing beats custom water loops tho. Your prolly going to end up at 4.7ghz or 4.8ghz with 1.4v or less with the H50. I don't think that will let you go much higher.

Basically, I'll be content with 4.8 GHZ , but its not going stable at all for me. I've set it at 1.39v in BIOS at 4.7 GHZ but it only shows up as 1.32v in HwMonitor

It won't even run Prime95 , BSOD at the start of the test.

Update... I have concluded that the RAM I have installed do not mix well and have caused instability.

I will Swap out the Mushkins for G.Skills RipJaw

However, do RipJaws Mix with Snipers? They are of the same Timing. and are all 1333 MHZ

@Jonesy, I lowered ram to 8 gb now, and followed the tips you gave some guy to set QPI/VTT at 1.1v

and CPU PLL at 1.7v

I get stable test results from Intel Burn test

But I get ""x09c BSOD running prime95 on the 5th pass
