HAF 912 Advanced Temperature test?

Thread Starter
Does anyone know of a site that has actually tested the temperature of the HAF 912 Advanced? Or someone that have made a test having their 912 fully loaded?

I can only find tests using the base 912 model, but only having TWO 120mm fans the results are really terrible, as expected.

Im really interested in that case or a fully loaded base 912,but would like to see a temperature test if possible.

Thanks in advance !

I run my HAF 912 basic with 2 200mm CM megaflow fans, the stock 120mm in the rear and a CM 120mm on the side panel.

I ran Prime 95 for a half-hour and on my AM2 4800+ processor / Zalman cnps9500 cooler setup the temps went no higher than 48 degrees Celcius and runs at an average of 35 - 38 degrees in normal use which comprises of surfing the internet and playing non-CPU intensive games.

sounds about dead on with this test made with a HAF X (CPU Delta)

My 2nd option was the Corsair 600T but after looking at the test made, it shows really poor airflow and cooling ability .... bummer

Oh ... on a side note, 912-A went out of stock this weekend on cmstore usa, they said they could probably (not sure if they will...) get a 2nd batch of 912-A

Funny, I asked this of them today as well - lol! They told me (as they know me well) that model could be in stock as early as a month from now which should be the version 2 which has the USB 3.0, the ones they were selling to this point were the version 1's without the included USB 3.0 but they added it as to ship that part to people who bought that case when it comes in thanks to me (for real) as I brought it up with them. I don't blame customer service as they are just the messengers and "mop-up" for the mistakes others in that company make.

I "might" get a HAF 912 advanced but indecisive as I think I want "variety" and different looks of my three computers. The HAF 912 Basic is my third computer. Then again I like those 200mm fans. The 690ii advanced is in my possible "sights" too. I just don't want a too large of a case.

IMO: Just take anything said by Cooler Master as not being "gospel", that eliminates possible disappointment(s).

Even after all that what was conveyed to me.

This is a good reding, clearly showing what I was looking for !

http://www.fudzilla.com/reviews/item...tested?start=4

Shows a test done with & without the top 200mm fan, I'm impressed with the results of the aditional top 200mm fan

Like I told you that I already have 2 200mm fans (one on top and one in the front) in my HAF 912 BASIC and it does great in the cooling.
