is this backlight bleed ok?

is this backlight bleed on this monitor fine or should I consider changing it?
I can notice some bleeding at the bottom right corner, it can be seen when viewing movies, is this bleed normal?

Lower the brightness of it bothers you.

It's normal for cheap monitors.
