How do I reseat a HDD on a dell inspiron 1545?

My Dell Inspiron 1545 crashed on me and now its telling me that i need to reseat the HDD...can anyone help me out?

Uhh do you mean "reset" or "reseat", either way i have never heard of a such thing as reseating an HDD

What you could do is take the HDD out, and put it back in, technically that would be reseating it, it may have come loose from your computer getting bumped

Most likely it is accessible through a removable panel on the underneath.It may have jiggled loose.

It actually slides out of the side of the unit.
