I have a 790i ultra powers on, lights turn on but won't boot. Abit fatality won't power on, guy said it just died one night. Think a new BIOS chip would work? $15 off eBay, otherwise I'm sick of it and going I7 please help:mad: 775:gunner:

i dont think you can just buy a new bios chip and if you can it would be a pain in a ss to install so just go with a mobo replacement or go for an i7
