how to flash my bios??

i downloaded new asrock bios in .bst but how do i flash it? is there a program to use?

Most new P67 boards you need to copy the file to a USB key and update throught the UEFI (BIOS)

Start the comp up, hit delete, go into the bios and find live update, or flash update or similar.

Look in your manual, page 56. Put the file onto a USB thumb drive and boot up into your BIOS. The thing you're looking for is ASRock Instant Flash.
