I currently have this ram and I am hoping to overclock my new Sandy Bridge Intel i5-2500k to around 4.3-4.5. Am I going to run into any problems?

Not one bit of problems, you'll be just fine. Memory speed is completely independent from cpu oc on this chipset.

Nope it's fine. Since Sandy Bridge uses multiplier to OC, you can keep it at the 1333mhz and clock the cpu as high as you want.
