Is Win to Flash Legit?

So I've been trying to get a copy of server 2003 to boot from a flash drive for the past 3.5 hours without any luck. I've tried Diskpart in command prompt without any luck, I've tried unetbootin and a couple of others that I don't remember because I took them off my computer. After reading 20 or so articles and wasting a lot of time with different software my friend told me to try Win to Flash and out of poor judgment I installed it hoping it would work.

Well it didn't work and the reason I say out of poor judgment is because 1. I couldn't find any download sites from them that I've heard of before, 2. their site is kind of ghetto and 3. the eula is in Russian.

I've ran malwarebytes in safe mode without finding anything. Should I be worried?
