Budget Case

Thread Starter
I'm looking for a budget case for watercooling, all I really need is case that can support at 2x120mm radiator (swiftech). I am going more for silence than performance. I was looking at the NZXT gamma, which I can get for $30 after a $20 MIR, so I'd like something that would be either around that price or is worth the extra cash. Also a black interior would be nice, doesn't really matter though.

I don't think you can do any better at that price point than the Nzxt Gamma.

That being said, for it's price point, the Gamma is a pretty solid case. I used one in a friend's build and it was a nice case to work with. Not as nice as my ATCS 840 but still pretty good.

Lots of cooling, black interior, some cable management, what's not to love? If you're on a tight budget I say go for it.

The NZXT Gamma looked like it had really little space for radiator on top because it would come in conflict with the motherboard, unless you modifiy it

Oh, I plan on having the radiator externally.

I was looking to modify my Antec Solo to get WC in because I would like a mini/mid tower. This case seems to have similar dimension to the Antec Solo. Can someone share their experience water cooling and this case?
