do you have turbo core activated if so its best to disable that and manually overclock CPU
could be causing the cores to become unstable

my turboCORE is disabled same as the spread spectrums and Virtual mode. I want to bump Vcore more but is 1.5 too much already?

What is your cpu/nb frequency running at? Might want to run it stock first to eliminate it as a possible cause.

Your dram volts are high. Try setting it at the stock voltage if you don't have a high overclock on them. Also, slightly more vcore if temps allow. If your cpu/nb isn't overclocked then you can also lower those volts too. That will help lower temperatures a lot on the cpu. A moderate cpu/nb overclock would only need slight bump in volts.

Edit:

You should keep HT at 2000 with stock volts. Overclocking higher does not improve performance.

Thanks for your input, you are right my RAM is actually running below spec and and the loosest timings right now to eliminate it, so I will decrease back to stock 1.6V.

I wonder what the stock volt for cpu/nb is?

Not sure for your chip. Mine is 1.1v. But for stability reasons you should set it a little higher to 1.3v even if you have it at 2000mhz.

So basically now I have cpu/nb at 1.3V and bumped CPUvoltage up to 1.5125V, pretty bummer since I see others hitting 4.0Ghz with around 1.45V!
