I haven't used the SB specific Ripjaws, but I sure do approve of the regular Ripjaws I have which look to be the exact same thing.

I have seen better cas latency modules such as CAS 7 But they are on 1.65v I am not sure if it is recommended to have 1.65v for P67 Mobo's for sandy bridge setup.

If you want to burn out your SB, otherwise use 1.5v ram.

True that!!
I hate the fact to see when G.Skill Tech team also misguides.
There was a post on G.Skill forum for both the same memory module i was mentioning above.
Here g.skill tech guy says that the 1.65v module that is on cas 7 shud work and will be better than cas 9
Thanks for your replies. I will hold my purchase till today evening until other members chime in.

Early today morning i had sent an email to g.skill to verify about Quad Channel's compatibility with SandyBridge's mobo.. and just now Got an update from them.

Dear Customer

No problem, quad channel just means both dual channels are filled. (full slots on a dual channel motherboard)

For the Sandybridge platform, here is our recommended kit:

Thank you
GSKILL SUPPORT

Finally I ended up buying this module that they recommended. It was a good value for money.. got a good deal from newegg for 15% off that was 37 dollars off.

Looks like I will be ordering this memory for new 2500k setup. Stoked! Just waiting for more B3 boards to be released.

I'm using 16 GB of G.Skill Ripjaws CAS 7 at 1.6v with my i7 2600K at 5.1 witout any problems. All RAM voltages are stock, except the timings.

Rock-stable, no problems.

If you really need 16gb of ram, why not just get two sets of these:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231314

and save 50 bucks.

Feedback says on Newegg says it works with P67
