Rosewill is starting to impress me. - Page 2

id never buy that for that price. if you are going to spend that you might as well buy a haf 932. atleast with the haf 932 you get extra space up top for internally mounting thick radiators. that rosewill case, no room at all.

It seems to be a clone of Aerocool XPredator case - http://www.overclock.net/hardware-news/858362-tpu-aerocool-intros-xpredator-atx-full.html

Apparently some people are saying it's difficult to mount a video card onto the Thor. BigFrank here in the forums made a review of the case himself regarding it.
http://www.overclock.net/computer-cases/915774-rosewills-thor.html

I'd still consider it, and if I do get it I hope I don't get the issue with the video card mounting.

What do you think happens in the R & D of just about any product?

They look at what the competition has even purchasing their product(s) and see "what makes them tick".

Then they look for ways "to muscle" ahead.

One has to think when it comes to computer cases - how many new different effective designs are left and what the prospective customer may want? This is why I think we're seeing many cases that have either some of the characteristics of the competition and or that the cases from such are an off-shoot of each other to some extent using some of the same internal parts.

Now the newer fad is the black interior, maybe in time that will change to having a "modular" motherboard tray as well.biggrin.gif

Looks alright. And I agree it looks like other high-end case, but they gotta start off somewhere tongue.gif

like it more than the military themed CM cases,

Case reminds me of the Element V I use right now. Not bad for 150 and for Rosewill.

It's basically the bastard child of a haf 932, antec 1200, and silverstone RV03.

Looks pretty nice, but I always worry about rosewill's quality control.
