800D with phase change

Wondering if anyone's used a phase changer with the Corsair 800D case. I got one coming from sdumper and not really wanting to change case. Any ideas how to make the two work together without something lame like leaving a case side off? Thanks for any suggestions!

couldnt you open out the fan space in front of the psu and seat the phase change under the case, going straight through the lower bay into the main bay up to the cpu?

If you plan to sit the unit under your case, your going to need to ensure the units long enough to support all 3 of the feet on the bottom, also your going to have to do some cutting and a long line to the evap. If you want to sit the unit next to your PC with the side panel off, you should be just fine. I will probably be doing it with my 700D.

Yah trying to avoid the whole cutting part. Don't even have the tools for that. Was hoping someone had a clever easy solution

Where do you plan to sit the unit? Under or next to your case?

Either will work fine, I have plenty of space to put it wherever. I know from the side I can just leave a case side off, but dunno, seems rather lame to do it like that.

Does the case have the PSU at the bottom or top?
Google was quick...looks like the only option is to cut a hole in the side panel and go that route.
Ill leave the mount off so you can attach it after you snake it through the side hole.
On a side note how long is that case? The SS case we used is 19.5 inches long and 10.25 wide.

Bottom mounted psu. http://www.scribd.com/doc/28417102/800D-Manual-ENG has info on the case as well

Heres a better option for a case and they will cut a phase line hole in the bottom for you if you ask:

BTW that's the same case I have and it works great with a lot of nice features.

I'll just leave a case side off. Not going to go out and buy a dremmel and stuff just for aesthetic installation. I appreciate the links and ideas everyone. Happy with my case for now and stuff though. Will just keep a side off for now
