OC cause HDD/SATA issues?

Hey Guys,

I've run into a weird issue. Now , i know you can corrupt data when oc'ing with a good os but heres the deal.

My cpu passes prime/occt/lixd just fine rock stable, ram passes rock stable. But every now and then, i get this weird crash, and it only happens rarely, i'll be playing starcraft2, it will crash, and i wont be able to do anything, everything starts crashing, firefox, etc...BUT even then, i can startup prime, occt and run for hours with nothing wrong. So i check my hdd with hdtune and it says I may have a cable issue because its not passing all tests. So i bring the hdd to work, scan it, and its fine.

I'll change the cable tonight and check, but im wondering if its my psu or board even failing.

Thanks
