listen man please do this, enable turbo mode, set TDP to 300 set TDC to 300, THEN set every multiplier to 48x, turn CPu PLL Overvoltage ON, use the latest BIOS F7E or F6X, try F6X first. Then leave CPU pLL at auto, i am really sorry to inform lot of people but these guys hitting 5.5ghz+ at increasing cpu pll to 1.9-2v, you shouldn't touch yours, don't bother loading it right now, first get your OC stable, its like it was on X58 it helped some people when it was lowered, but for high OCes it shouldn't be.

Just increase vcore, you should be able to hit 5ghz with under 1.45v.
