Guru3D has a review of that card, including compares to the new and old cards.

Also note, that toms' hardware review states that AMD put some like 20 of the 6950 1GB already at neweggfor less (259$), to just screw with nvidias.
Most likely you won't be able to get these cards very quickly, as they aren't in stock anywhere else, so its kinda of a dirty move.

I would wait on different reviews. Guru3d is also inconsistent in their performance.

I take it this means the 470s will be phased out completely.

I've got a GTX 285, not that different from your 5770.

The 560 Ti seems to be very tempting, $100 less than the 570, and much cooler/quieter by the looks of it. Definitely a consideration for me.

580 > 570 > 560 > 470
But my question is does the 470 OC better than the 560?
If it does then it might be
470 > 560
There's no doubt in my mind that at the same clocks the 470 wins
