use bios for oc first off secondly the vcore is way to high to hit 4 ghz my 920 only needed 1.27 i think

Getting 4.5GHz stable is going to require either one or both or two things:

1. A fantastic chip... On standard cooling (air or water), very few chips will do 4.5GHz 100% stable. Most 920's stop around 4.2-4.35GHz.

2. Subzero cooling... Almost all chips benefit from being cooled actively. For a 24/7 system, phase change or some sort of chiller would be the best to accomplish this. However, these are expensive and time consuming options.

More bad news is that the EVGA SLI LE is not a particularly strong board in the overclocking department. It apparently doesn't do very well with pushing the BCLK.

However, looking at your BIOS settings, I can recommend a few changes that should help you get to 4.5GHz if your board and chip can do it. First, your CPU PLL is way too high. Stock is 1.8V and many find stability from lowering this number. As such, I'd recommend anything between 1.55V-1.88V. Next, to hit ~4.5GHz, you're going to want to use the 21x multiplier for the core (meaning 214-215 BCLK).

You might need to raise your vcore a bit (~1.5V or more), but I definitely wouldn't recommend running that high as a 24/7 setting. Drop your uncore to the 16x multiplier instead of the 17x. You can raise it later as you stabilize. I don't know how uncore voltage works on EVGA boards, but you want your total to be around or, ideally, less than ~1.40V VTT. However, since you have 6 memory sticks, this might be a bit stressful on your IMC (uncore). Raise the memory up to about 1.68V since you will be overclocking it a bit.

That's about all the help I can give you for now. If it crashes and you tell me how (Bluescreen and stop code, freeze, etc.) I might be able to help more.

Generally, the stop codes on a BSOD give you a hint of what went wrong.

101 usually means more vcore.
124 usually means more VTT, but can also mean more vcore or even more Dimm voltage.
7E, 8C, 9C, etc. usually mean more VTT as well but can also mean more Dimm.
