Safe voltage for 24/7 use? GTX580

My VID is 1.075v.. It's a evga card... and I'm wondering whats the safe voltage that I can use for 24/7... my target is 1.1-ish... any help will be appreciated!! thanks

Well, unless you're gaming 24/7. Most of the time the card will be in idle mode, where it also uses less voltage.

But I'd say that 1.1v is probably fine for 24/7 usage, that is if you can keep the temperatures down, with good airflow etc.

thanks... how about 1.15?? im tryin to get this baby up to 925mhz... but it seems like 1.1 arent doing rly well with it... my temp stays around 85 and 86...

You can go higher, but I wouldn't with those temps. Set up a custom fan profile if you haven't already (1% fan for 1*C).

I used 1.138v in mine and it worked fine with good temps to never over 78C. Stock cooler can do 1.15v as long as you put enough fan speed and have good air flow.

1.1V if temps are okay
if you have amazing temps you can push it a bit more

As long as your temp is good... you should be fine... but I wouldnt go high on stock fans...
