What are some good mice for claw other than G9(x)? With modern sensors.
Previous mice history. In order.
Ball Mouse(its a ball mouse)
MS mouse(Good/Broke)
Dell Mouse (Good/Cable Ripped)
G9 (good/my friend uses mine now)
Razer Lachesis (too big at that time, but I might get the revised one again/returned)
-Razer eXactmat + wristrest = smooth but any dirt makes it feel like your scraping your mouse feet against the mouse pad.
G9x (good for 2 years + good sensor but, my hand has grown more so sold it for Mamba)
G500 (total ****, side buttons are so bad and its a palm mouse.)
Mamba (total regret bc, wireless is alright, great sensor, drivers blow so hard compared to G9(x), totally rear heavy and no were for your palm to touch when using claw and the biggest reason is that its a palm mouse and I can prefer to Claw mice) PS this is the perfect palm grip mouse.

I am completely fed up with wasting money on stuff I don't like anymore, lol rage I know. I did some research and I was looking for a new mouse to take the mamba back.
I have to go back to G9x (ehhh, small, but I am used to it, good sensor)
or Pick up a Naga (playing FPS worries me, RTS is ok, I like the mouse foot and great sensor)
or Pick up Lachesis v2 (since my hands have grown, but left side buttons may annoy me)

So you, yes you please help me in choosing. The my avatar is exactly what I have been doing since I realized what I did when I got the mamba.
I will head to best buy tmrw and test each mouse side by side. This is my recommendatory action to do first.

I don't mean to help you thread jack, but what grip do you use? Do you use your wrist or your arm (lift+ reposition) to move?

I've tried adjusting the DPI down and up, it hasn't helped so far. It could also be my crappy cloth mousepad, which I will replace soon.. My previous mouse was an MX518, and I loved it. Any other suggestions? i would like at least 3-4 extra thumb buttons over the usual Forward/Backward buttons.
Why not another mx518? I guess the G500 will also work.

Hes throwing around biased opinions without proof or experience.

also, I use the Mamba, I never really use it in wireless mode, but I never have to much of a problem with her, I use a Steelseries 4HD for the pad and the tracking is fantastic, plus that liftoff bug that people complain about I never personally notice because of the way i pick it up I never experience it unless I try to replicate the bug. Drivers are clunky yes but the only trouble I've had with her is the squeaky scroll (fixed and hasn't done it in a good year) and the CPI not wanting to switch on me so that took me a good hour fiddling around and trouble shooting here on Overclock.net. as for the design i have a hybrid grip of claw and palm, I grab the mamba further back so my finger tips sit at the very back part of the scroll wheel and my knuckles rest on the hump. I find it comfortable for me and I can simply bring my fingers up into a claw and it still remains comfortable.
