Either buy it or dont. Choice is yours.

I dont see how the release of DLC makes the game unfinished either. It sounds like the DLC is a minor side story that has no or little impact on the overall Arc of the main story line so to me, no harm no foul
i remember days when games including minor side stories with the original purchase.

If they do that, it's fine, it's still a $60 game. But what they'll probably do is sell the first half for $60 as a full game, then charge $30 for the ending and the ability to save.

Wow that's awesome, I see DLC for a game before I even know it hit shelves. I'm totally going to pay for 50-80% of a game while they hold the other 20-50% and plan to charge for it.

Yea it was nice when you could buy a game and it was actually a finished complete project.

Actually - there is already DLC for the game. Different suits for Isaac. You get them in packs of 3. I think that's a little BS as compared to this.

You remembered incorrectly. There IS a demo for Dead Space 2 on the 360 and PS3. Has been for a month. Not sure about PC.

I'm quite delighted about this because the devs are clearly trying to flesh out any plot holes their ever expanding story is creating instead of leaving them put after the fact.

Good question. Hence why I'm excited.

Yes because the other "20-50%" of it includes characters and subplot that you probably don't even know existed prior to this game.
