eh... i have no problem buying from TD

pricing is all the same

i trying to find reviews for both the cards and see which one is more quiet

btw for future posters, yes i know that the gigabyte model is probably be the quietest but i don't plan to buy gigabyte

I use to had the MSI HAWK and it seems fairly quiet to me since I use to leave my computer on at night.

Not loud...audiable.
You start hearing the fans over ur case/psu/cpu fan after 65-70%. From what i read the asus gets a bit loud at load.
But imho go msi.
