Personally, I'd like to keep it under 80C at load, but you probably won't actually harm it until you get over 100C.

Different people will always have different safe temps, just see how hot it gets under load at stock and then overclocked, and see what kind of temp you think looks good to keep it under.

I've run it stable at around 85C but I don't have it clocked high enough to get that hot unless I'm benching, which I kind of gave up with.
