well just to make it clear Nvidia came out with the 460 and 256 bandwidth on the 1gb version and the 768 memory version was 192 bandwidth but as the release of the 560 (which is the 460 lol) they relised that no one would spend more money for the same thing basically (don't start throwing up more cuda cores guys as I said basically)!!! So the changed the card(460) to 192 so the 560ti 256 bandwidth would look better and they would then sell, because if you were standing in a store looking at the box after looking at reviews on line of the original 460 1gb version benching against the new 560ti 1 gb version and they were with in 1 fps of each other, would you pay 75~100usd more for the 560 lol. I wouldn't

bandwidth is around 86.4 GB/s for the 768 MB version with 192-bit bus width and 115.2 GB/s for the 1 GB version with 256-bit bus width.

and yes, the GTX 560 is basically an improved GTX 460 1 GB with less power consumption and higher stock performance.

thank you for the correction, I have not been feeling good so can't think 100% straight but still trying to help new people and others as well, I hope this rocky mountain fever gets out of my system quick as it is really messing with my life
