The game is not run in a browser. The server selection and profile settings are done in the browser though.
And yes, they have to lower graphics settings in the multiplayer version otherwise it would suffer poor performance because it's harder to run.
What does network/internet bandwidth have to do with someone running a game at 1080p (unless you're using OnLive or something)?
So after conversing with EVGA, it turns out I am still under warranty, just a mixup with the serial numbers or something on their end. Sending my card out for warranty tomorrow. The EVGA store doesn't have any 768mb cards in stock, I wonder if they'll send me a 1GB version back :OEdited by Fortunex - 9/30/11 at 1:24am
