I would love just to have one solid overclock that will withstand being at 99% for a longer time.

Plus there is one thing that you missed on telling IcyPimpHand and that is that his volts are very low anyway not a all together bad thing kinda jealous you can even get the card to run at that clock you are at! The cards can max out locked volts easy with out harming it at all even the unlocked volts can be maxed out in fact! I think these cards are about the tuffest I have owned yet

Well thanks! smile.gif I didn't know if my OC was good or bad.

I do have some more questions. When I up the volts to go from +80 to +100 the Core Volt doesn't change in HWMonitor or GPU-z. It still says .96. Is there another program that will tell me that true volts?

And last one is. How do I unlock the volts so I can go up to like 1.1v like I see on here? Is it hard?

I have a unlock pack that myself and a few others helped put together, but it is not hard but not easy ether, it requires a strong will to get through it the first time, you are basically flashing the bios on the card with your own settings. The first time is scary cause no one likes the think about the possibility of bricking there card. So unless you think you are ready for that don't do it yet

Also a quick question, How far can I OC my cards with stock cooling.
I ordered some vreg heatsinks from evga which will come next week, and I was able to run both card upto 850 mhz stock cooling in msi kompressor for 30 mins at 1.037 volts.
I do have a side intake fan blowing directly and also it's not in the pic but i have another 120 blowing straight to front of the cards

I can't tell what cards you have lol, Joking

You need to also submit a Gpu-Z validation with your OCN screen name not you computers name, There are a few incurring about overclocking right now so I guess we can do all of you guys at once, the only thing is AlanCSalt explains things better than me. I just come across like a idiot but I do know what I am doing (I think) lol

so if you enable voltage monitoring in afterburner and run kombustor, you say the voltage does not rise?

(Settings/Monitoring/Active Hardware Monitoring Graphs)

I would not expect that because mine rise from .88v to 1.025v at stock settings.
