been there, done that. Looking like I'm going to have to borrow my Computer I gave to my bro for the 550W PSU, and if thats not it, I'm looking around for 1033 or 1333 RAM, cause I dun have any to test my theories. To be sure the GTX 460 didn't die. Not like it's been ran too hard...

was the 460 bios modded? if not I really dont think it is the card, I have seen very few go bad (not saying it can't happen) just they seem like unbreakable lol I have ran mine at 1.212 for a month before and pushed it/them so hard they shut off on me even in the post lol till they cooled down (back when I was on air) but what beeps is your board making the beeps can tell you whats up, plus you checked the bios battery? sounds dumb but I have had them do this to

Plus what were you doing before this happened??? I never got that answer
(most likely cause I didn't ask it lol)

Alan update me http://3dmark.com/3dm11/2063835

I am kinda pissed I wish that ASUS would of got this Bios done before they released it!!! I am getting the opposite as I was getting before High CPU physics and low fps in other tests where as I was much higher in the fps before but my CPU physics were much much lower!!! I can't wait, I know it has only been two days with this chip but, I know it can pull it off I feel it and it is almost there just needs a driver or tweak in the right direction to be at the top

was actually building a partition for my case to go between the PSU and the GPU. Did some test fittings, but I swear, I never came close to touching teh board with it! I allowed a inch off the highest point on the motherboard in that area, which is the 2nd to last PCI slot. The only thing I touched was I unplugged that darn 4-pin connector on the Motherboard.

The only thing else I can think of is a possible pinched wire from where I tucked the wires ever so neatly behind the HDD enclosure and the back panel. Thats why I currently have everything unplugged, have all the wiring removed, and am only connecting GPU, CPU cooler, Motherboard, and Power Buttons this time.

Sorry to spam this forum with Computer issues, but I need responses quick. I need this computer running ASAP cause it is my Computer I use for my College schoolwork with my only trial version of MS Office on it, (which accounts for 100% of my schoolwork).

dam sorry dude, I feel asleep on you, after all its only 4am here, lol

I don't understand what could of happened, I know this is rare but sorry to bring it up (static) what type of materials were you using?

and as I first said look to see if each wire goin into the plastic plugs (I.E. molex, pci-e,4 pin eps, 24 pin) are all in the plug itself look closely!!

I had one wire pulled out just enough that it did not make contact with the plug socket and BEEP BEEP BEEP!!! OMG I blew it up some how, ripped it all apart (cable management was all destroyed, drives pulled out water loop drained and taken apart) and then seen the pci-e wire on my single sleeve wires was pulled out about a 1/8th of an inch
