I'm building a new desktop and I'm wondering what PSU can run this build smoothly.

Optical Drive:

Any reason you're getting a non-overclockable Sandy Bridge CPU and an H67 motherboard that enables you to use the CPU's integrated GPU even though you're getting a discrete GPU anyway? Just checking, no big deal if so
That said, for that kind of setup, you can safely get an Antec Neo Eco 400C.

yea I'm not really an overclocker and there's a combo deal for the CPU and motherboard. Coupled with the fact I'm a moderate gamer so I would rather used a discrete GPU than the integrated one

Fair enough. With that in mind, the H67 motherboard is actually a sensible option. In case your discrete GPU dies, you can revert to your integrated GPU while waiting for a new discrete GPU
