The AR models do. However, most of us sell cards in under 3 years. If you do MSI, Gigabyte, and ASUS own that market. 3 year serial number based warranty to any owner = resale.

Heck, many people own cards less than 1 year. EVGA warranty is only to the 1st owner.

look at temperature
If you look at the clock comparison the temperatures are practically even between the Gigabyte and the MSI. The MSI loads at 7C cooler but is significantly lower clocked. I would go with the Gigabyte because it comes at 1000mhz core compared to the measly 880mhz core of the MSI.

Can you get the Gigabyte SOC anywhere aside from TigerDirect at the moment?

I was actually wondering the same thing. I've been searching the web since yesterday around 2pm trying to find a location that sells the gigabyte 1000mhz version, but currently its only at tigerdirect.

The problem for me is that the MSI version is 25 less than the Gigabyte on Tigerdirect when i include shipping on both.

I'm not sure what the OP's budget is, but considering that most of the dual-fan 560's can OC to at least 1000mhz, wouldn't that be a better option to go with the $249? It comes with Afterburner...

Would there be a downside to go that route if SLi was in the picture?

You can check out this post i made showing comparisons of a few 560 heatsinks. http://www.overclock.net/nvidia/9265...heatsinks.html

If you intend to overclock yourself, your GPU overclock headroom is ususally affected by:
1. GPU cooling: More heatpipes, more fans, and bigger heatsink is better.
2. Extra VRMs: Reference 560 design calls for 4+1 power phases for the GPU and Memory. Some cards have extra VRMs to spread out the stress of supplying your GPU with power.
3. VRM cooling: Keeping your VRMs cooler also means more stable power, translating to more stable overclocks.
4. Speed Binning: Vendors releasing 2 or more versions of 560s could be reserving their better chips for their premium edition 560s.
