Advice on company computer build

My sister runs a bottling company. She told me that they are upgrading a few systems. It will mostly be used for excel/accounting. They have Dell optiplex models right now and I told her she should go with custom built computers. She was qouted 1500 each for the Dell upgrades but I told her to go with this setup instead.

comes out to about 1400 shipped for two. There are no cases listed because we're from hawaii and the shipping on the cases alone would own our faces. We can pick up antec 300's from bestbuy. It might be overkill but she's looking for longevity

My only question besides any other advice I could use is. Should I get those 4650's or stick with the cpu graphics? And if so would I be changing to an H67 over P67?

I would go with the CPU graphics and get h67, they will be better than the 4650 believe it or not. Every thing else looks good except for the 2500K, get a non K processor

any recommendations on H67 boards? Also any advantages of going with the H67 over the P67 as far as what they would be doing with the computers?

Are you going to be providing hardware support for your sister's company?

you'll need to keep a few spares in hand. The benefit of going with Dell is that they offer next day repair.

H67 allow you to use the CPU graphics and P67 does not. This would be a great board fro what you are describing http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131686

Ditch GPU altogether and go with an H67. Also no K-processor, just 2500.

Exactly. Just let her stick with Dell. It'll be less headache for you in the long run. Another thing, you still don't have the operating system factored in your purchase. Another thing, if the OptiPlex costs $1,500, the monitor is probably included in the price. Our OptiPlexes only cost $700 a piece.
