Computer Lockup

Thread Starter
This has happened I think about 3 times now and I am starting to get worried. I play this game called League of Legends and this is when these crashes happen. My whole computer freezes and my screen goes completely pinkish. Don't know what is causing this. Downloading the latest driver right now. here is a picture

Is it only this game? Or does it do this during other processes as well?

Only this game, this is the only game I play and is VERY un-graphic intensive.

Hm, then I suppose the gfx card could handle it, but may be something like a bad driver, or the only other time I seen something like this is when my cooler was broken for my old 4890. It would peak out at like 120 something then freeze up with weird artifacts like that. Check out your temps in game, but as you say if its not graphically intensive this shouldn't be the problem. Any overclocks????

No overclocks on CPU or GPU, downloading the newest driver right now but is is hard to test if driver is the issue until I get the lock up because it only happens once in like 1-2 months

Yea they can be a pain. It may be issue but then again it may not be. Someone more in tuned with Nvidia would be better qualified to diagnose, but like I said I have seen that type of screen before.
