this is my HTPC, so im not trying to overclock at all

it was working fine, well it had a issue like this about a year ago but i got it worked out pretty quickly, but i dont remember exctly what i did. all stock on auto settings its not stable, it freezes after 30min-2hours then i gotta hard reset it

this happened once i put in a new HDD and reformatted it, same Operating system W7 64bit

below is the listed parts,

any ideas at what i should start out for the vcore and other stuff? when ihad it running fine before it was all the normal stuff C1E off, manual ram settings, manual voltage settings. but i have tried what i thought those were before and it does not seem to help.
thanks for looking!!

C2 revision processors do not support C1E. Keep that disabled.
Perhaps try raising CPU-NB or NB voltage?
Or setting your RAM correctly?

Ok I will give that a shot when I get home in 20min!

If this sounds like a ram issue I could pull the ram sticks from my gaming rig and put em in and try that also
I'm just not really sure where to start :/

Might be a CPU/NB problem too.
If the RAM Voltage increase is not working, raise yor VDDNB a little bit

Could be, I remember a wi-fi card I had was responsible for startup freezes and I had blamed the memory.
