Noisy and Warm! I'd like cool and quiet!

Okay. So here's my scenario. The specs are in the sig - The case looks like this
There's no vent in the front for a fan.

My IDLE Temps are about 41 Celsius and my Gaming Temps are about 50-52 Celsius. That doesn't seem TOO terrible for stock I imagine? However - The thing sounds like a rocket taking off! As in that image, you see the case comes with a stock fan on the rear - That is likely 75% of my noise....but then again likely 75% of my cooling...

I purchased a Cooler Master 120mm Ultra Silent Series Superflo, and it's decently quiet (can't hear it over the stock rear fan) but it's only 750 RPM - I actually had trouble telling if it's blowing or sucking. I have it mounted above the CPU Cooler, sucking the hot air out (trying to at least). After about 30 minutes of gaming the system becomes hot and turns all fans up to high (I assume the CPU, and PSU have variable speeds...and are being turning up) My PSU is mounted on the bottom, with the fan that sucks air in from the filtered bottom vent and blows out the back of the PSU. So it doesn't effect the rest of the system much...it's doing its own thing. I really don't want to spend a lot of money on this thing, but I really hate having it be so loud. I am VERY disappointed in my naive-ness for purchasing that Cooler Master fan, and expecting it to do much. I didn't think to look at the RPM's. The fan was $15 and seems to be worthless at the moment...

So, my main question is...what should I do? I am going to assume I must get rid of the stock, loud fan and replace is with something...but I need something that has good air flow and is quiet(er). I don't know my decibel levels very good, but this thing sounds like it's anywhere from 35 to 60. I don't want to say a budget because I don't want to skimp, but I also don't have money falling out to spend. For example, 15 bucks for that fan was expensive to me, and I imagine if I want better rpm and quieter then it's going to cost more...but I don't want that to be true. How many fans do I need? Technically I have room for 1 on the back, 2 on top (would have to relocate my DVD drive as it's blocking some of the top front vent) and 2 on the side.

I may be interested in a different CPU cooler if that's my problem (when it gets over 45 Celsius for example, it makes everything else work hard)

get a corsair h50, and gentle typhoons ap-15 for the h50, and ap-14 for the case.

but first make sure you dont have positive air pressure.

If your not doing crazy over clocking you only need 2 fans in the whole system, 1 in the rear, one on the cooler, here are my recommendation.

this for cpu

this for rear fan

that's really expensive........trying to give him a effective and cheap solution.

well in that case, he should go with what you posted, probably the best set up.

have more negative then positive. The 2 sides close one off, have the rear closed and top exhaust. The 2 sides, have the one farthest below the CPU cooler for best effect and you should be good to go

looks like you can install 140mm on top, i would recommended getting these, they're cheap and quite and push alot of air. http://www.petrastechshop.com/14yalod1cafa1.html

Wait, I've been under the impression that positive pressure is the way to go (less dust, etc). What did I miss?

yeah if you're running non overclocked hardware, this is OCN where everything gets overclocked

Nick, I don't quite understand your post. It appears you want me to cover one side, and the back, and the top? Both tops? Then you say to mount a fan on the lower side port. I don't think that'd be a problem. I do understand I'm not taking any air in, but that's to try and keep it clean. I don't see a problem where I'm just taking the hot air out, on this stock system. If I were O/Cing I would change one fan to intake.

I'm really worried I'll get ~$35 of hardware and end up having a tiny bit of difference in noise. The heat bothers me too though, so maybe it would be a win. (Is it fine to be 50-55Celsius? I read in the OC forums that I need to stay under 60 and that 68 is the limit)

Is there anyone who can tell me what the dB level is on my current stock case fan on here? I can't find specs for it anywhere! In addition, should I start with one or two more fans before getting an aftermarket CPU cooler? I really think AMD does a good job for stock systems....but I won't argue with the experienced words here.

Spice, the fan you suggested does have decent CFM, but it's nearly 30dB. The Scythe had 4 more CFM and 5 Less dB, for $4 more. How loud is this going to seem in comparison? I know at IDLE is 'outta be fine...but I only hear this IDLE from when I turn on to web browsing, but once gaming it gets loud.

EDIT:
With all this discussion I am not sure how I should configure this even if I get the two fans. With my knowledge, I assume I would first get rid of the stock case fan. With it, I would put in a Scythe 120MM fan. I think I would lose ~15CFM by the sounds and feel of this thing, it has got some power. With that, I would have two exhaust fans The Scythe doing 68CFM and my Coolermaster top exhaust doing 24CFM. Still, no intake. Would I then buy another skythe, and have it blow air in from one of the side ports? (the bottom one I imagine, for the cool air to rise) Please feel free to suggest the charts, I've seen on other posts...but those are for the front and bottom fan mount cases. I am not really for moving my DVD Burner down 2 slots because I have my cabled tucked in that area as cable management, and it would look ugly with a random drive -.- I would only have to move it if you guys were suggesting TWO top fans. Like the previous people said though, I really don't think I need that many fans.
