As I was advised on the gaming forum, here I post the note here: I would love to hear feedbacks from people who are play with FSX and succeeded to have good results with an OC 2600K

The Hyper 212 + is the best bang for the buck. I get near 60C when stress testing on 4GHZ. Also you want to make sure you have ample space, especially near the back for air to have room to flow out of your system.

Yea, I need to solve the space issue. Not mentioning that Canadian winters are safe but in summer, and no AC in the room, I wonder if the cooling won't have the desired effect!
