Help case moding

Hi
Alright I'm goin to mod my antec 600 because i gotta reinstall my RAM and cpu cooler and i might as well take everything out and do some modding while i wait for my EVGA gtx 560 . I am looking to color the interior all black and make 3-4 cable management holes.
Here are my questions:
What type of paint do i use (spray paint or maybe even sharpie XD)?
How do i make the cable holes not so sharp so i won't be cutting my cables?
What tool do i need to cut the cables like what would be strong enough to cut the case?
Is this a lot harder than i think it is because i think i am underestimating it.

You can use spray paint, just make sure to tape everything off, most people use something that is matte so that dust doesn't show up as quickly. I would personally recommend painting after cutting holes, as when you cut a hole, you will be left with an unfinished edge. You simply need a dremel and sand paper (or a hole cutter that goes onto the end of a dremel / drill )

I don't think it is as easy / hard as you might thing, just take your time and make sure to do everything right and it will turn out fine. If you can, take off every plastic piece from the case, spray it, and then bake it in your oven to get a nice hard finish.

Rattle can spray paint from Dupont is very nice.

A Sharpie will not yield an even sheen, and the coloration oftentimes look "blue".

De-bur the holes with sand paper (take care not to cut yourself), or you can use a rotary tool with a sanding drum.

You can also finish the holes with "C+, or "U" channel (much like automotive door trim)

Wire cutters will cut the wires. "Nibblers" will cut the case, but may not yield a clean finish.

Difficulty will be determined by the extensiveness of the mod and the aptitude of the modder.

are their any alternatives to spray pain if so what and same goes with drilling because i got a lot of snow here so i can't go buy those things i mean i have a drill but i don't think it would sufice in this situation unless i made a hole and then cut it bigger is that possible? if so what can i use to cut it bigger

Spray paint is about the most economical way to change the color of a case and/or its parts.

You could use a drill to drill a hole (i.e. 1/2" diameter), then use a rasp or a file to enlarge the opening, but imho that is tedious and can be frustrating and time-consuming.
