I can't build a new PC for now since the prices are different here. And I have to go from store to store just to get it. And some stores don't have the item. Plus I need a new true rated power supply. I feel like my power supply isn't that good also not true rated.
Overclocking isn't at scary as people make it sound. Figure out what the maximum Temps and Volts are for your processor then give yourself a comfortable buffer and you'll be fine. As long as you don't push those two things, the worst that will happen is you'll have to remove the bios battery for a second to reset the settings.
You'll probably ok to upgrade the Video card to the 6850. As far as the power supply goes, I did a quick estimation here
and it shows you need at least a CONTINUOUS
430Watts. I couldn't find the continuous power output of the thermaltake 550w, but you shouldn't need to go too much higher than that.
