Lilliput 7" touchscreen. Good or not?

Hey, has anyone here used the 7" lilliput touchscreen as a second (or, as in my circumstance, a third) monitor? I recently got a 19" monitor cheap on craigslist, and have it running alongside my 22" and 17". I haven't really used the 17" since then (due to placement, not size as they are the same resolution) except for "window storage" and when transferring files around several folders. This is fine, and is working OK for me now.

However, there is a guy on the local craigslist selling a 7" lilliput touchscreen for $45. This is a great price for a touchscreen, but how well does it work? Does it do well working alongside other non touchscreen monitors? I may also take it to class so I can sketch notes on my laptop. He says it is in good working order, so I am tempted to grab it. Opinions?

I say go for it. My friend has the Liliput 7" non-touch display and it's pretty nifty for keeping some stuff on (plus touch screen for cheap lol)

Well, I contacted the guy and am waiting for a reply. This is kind of what I plan to use it for, as well as music and stuff I don't want to be clicking back and forth for. I do already have a small system monitor on my G15 though.

And ya, I do have a quite varied collection of monitors. Throw in my 100" projector and (hopefully) this 7" and I will have a nice range

g15 ftw. i like that they put bfbc2 stuff on the screen during gameplay. wish they would put that on bf2.

my dad has one on his gaming rig at his house, mine is just an old HP rubber dome thing.
/off topic

it would make me go crazy if i had even 2 monitors at different sizes. so much harder cuz of mouse jumping and different res so a high res monitor has to be dumbed down for other ones.

where are you gonna put the mini monitor? lol

Well, currently all my ports are taken up (unless I disable SLI--not gonna happen), so I will have to remove one monitor. I'll probably just give Mom the 19" one so she can finally stop using the massive old CRT that takes up half her desk

And I don't even notice the mouse jumping around, I guess I just got used to it. Even with the projector, because it is situated behind and above all 3 of my monitors. I can get them somewhat situated, but I don't think I ever really noticed it.
